Welcome to Bay View the premier Beer guest house for Beer Bed and Breakfast or Seaton.

Bay View is a lovely Beer Bed and Breakfast, it is a large house enjoying beautiful views of Beer. It is located in Beer and is in easy walking distance of Beer centre.

OFF ROAD PARKING!

The property has a lovely garden, has ample parking for guests and is on high ground overlooking Beer and its surrounding countryside. In addition to the views, it lies in Barline, a quiet no-through-road so there's very little traffic.

Run by Sue and Adrian Slade, offering friendly, high quality service and accommodation, the property was completely refurbished in 2008, and is meticulously maintained. Having travelled extensively throughout the world we set up Bay View, Beer, Bed and Breakfast with the aim of offering accommodation of a high standard in which we'd be happy to stay. It's a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for a Beer Guest House or a Beer B&B. Watch the video tour and see for yourselves.

We offer 3 guest bedrooms but limit the numbers of guests to 6 staying at any one time. Two rooms are en-suite with TV, and sea views. We also have a twin bedded room that is on the ground floor and has the use of a luxury bathroom being adjacent to it.

Please note the whole house is non-smoking but for those that wish too smoke may do so outside on the terrace.

 If you are looking to stay in a good Beer Bed and Breakfast then Bay View is Beer B&B in an excellent position, you can access a road at the rear of the property where you can cross to an area of beautiful farmland and woodlands with many bridle ways for walks. It is possibe to take a gentle walk to the village of Branscombe in about 30 minutes. Another benefit is we are on the outer edge of Beer in a higher elavation and due to having fields and woodland near us we are not plagued by noisy sea gulls as with some Beer and Seaton accommodation. A truly great Beer Guest House.
