Bay View is a lovely Beer Bed and Breakfast, it is a large house enjoying beautiful views of Beer. It is located in Beer and is in easy walking distance of Beer centre.

Bay View is a higher standard Beer B&B in Beer and Seaton. For a Seaton Bed and Breakfast or Beer Bed and Breakfast come to Bay View and stay in a lovely Beer Guest House

The property has a lovely garden and has ample parking for guests. It lies in Barline a quiet dead end road so there is very little traffic and is in a high position overlooking Beer and the surrounding countryside.

It is run by Sue and Adrian Slade and offers friendly and high quality service and accommodation. Having traveled extensively throughout the world we set up Bay View, Beer Bed and Breakfast with the aim of offering accommodation of a high standard that we would be very happy to stay in ourselves. The property was completely refurbished in Spring 2005, and is meticulously maintained. It is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a Beer Guest House or a Beer B&B.

We offer 3 guest bedrooms but limit the numbers of guests to 6 staying at any one time. Two rooms are en-suite with TV, and sea views. We also have a twin bedded room that is on the ground floor and has the use of a luxury bathroom being adjacent to it.

Please note the whole house is non-smoking but for those that wish too smoke may do so outside on the terrace.

 If you are looking to stay in a good Beer Bed and Breakfast then Bay View is Beer B&B in an excellent position, you can access a road at the rear of the property where you can cross to an area of beautiful farmland and woodlands with many bridle ways for walks. It is possibe to take a gentle walk to the village of Branscombe in about 30 minutes. Another benefit is we are on the outer edge of Beer in a higher elavation and due to having fields and woodland near us we are not plagued by noisy sea gulls as with some Beer and Seaton accommodation. A truly great Beer Guest House.
