From the M5 and North

At M5 Junction 25 take the A358 signed to Ilminster

Drive approximately 8 miles to roundabout

Take A303 - signed to Honiton and A30 - follow directions below

From the Home Counties

From London / M25 take M3 South

At M3 Junction 8 join the A303

Drive approximately 80 miles passing Yeovil

Shortly after Yeovil Dual Carriageway will cease, this is obvious, as the A303 becomes a wide concrete road for about 5 miles after a roundabout.

At end of concrete road at roundabout take A303 - signed to Honiton and A30 - follow directions below

Continue route: this is the quickest and less used route

Drive for approximately 8 miles, passing very short Dual Carriaigeway, a Garage and Happy Eater on left

1-2 miles after Happy Eater at top of hill you will see a Warning sign "Tiredness Can Kill" followed by large layby on left.

Immediately after layby is A30 to Chard - IGNORE!

150 yards furhter take next turning left signed to Stockland - this is easily missed!

Drive 4 miles to end of road to "T" junction on A35

Turn Right and drive approx. 50 metres

Turn Left signed to SHUTE and Seaton Junction

Drive 3-4 miles to end of road at "T" Junction

Turn right down hill into COLYTON, and drive right through COLYTON to COLYFORD

At "T" Junction in COLYFORD turn right and drive straight though COLYFORD - ignore 2 roads signed to SEATON

At top of hill you will see a BP Garage on left, take turn left signed SEATON

Drive down hill and after 30 MPH signs take 3rd right with bollards into MARLPIT LANE

Then IMMEDIATELY right into BUNTS LANE

At end of Bunts Lane at T Junction turn right into Beer Road

Continue on this road (1 mile) until you reach a U bend in Beer at the bottom of the hill.

Take the SECOND on the right off the U Bend (signed to Branscombe)

After Approx. 50 metres take 1st on the Left (signed to Pecorama)

After 30-40 metres up the hill take 1st left into Barline.

Drive nearly to the end of the road (about 5 house from the end) Bay View is on your right.
